Testing happens through at-home lab kits shipped to your door. Visits happen by telehealth. Distance is not a barrier to finding the cause of your heartburn.
Where we see patients
Our practice home is on Wrightsville Ave. in Wilmington, NC. If you live nearby, you are welcome to pick up a kit in person or stop in for your results review. If you live hours away, nothing about your care changes except the drive you do not have to make.
Most of the patients we work with never set foot in the office. They get the same testing, the same results review, and the same personalized plan our Wilmington patients get. The only requirement is a North Carolina address for kit delivery and a phone or computer for your visits.

Lab results typically come back within 7 business days. Then we sit down together for a dedicated results review by video or phone. No. Wilmington is our home base, but we see patients across North Carolina and in nearby South Carolina through telehealth. Testing is done with at-home kits shipped to your address, so your care is the same whether you live in Wilmington or the mountains. The only requirement is a North Carolina address for kit delivery.
How does at-home testing work?
We mail your kit directly to you. It includes collection materials and clear instructions for tests like the Comprehensive Stool Analysis or the Alletess 184 food sensitivity panel. You collect the sample at home, seal it, and mail it to the lab in the prepaid packaging. No clinic visit, no blood draw appointment.
How long until I get results?
Lab results typically come back within 7 business days after the lab receives your sample. Then we schedule a dedicated results review where we walk through every marker with you and lay out your personalized plan. You are never handed a printout and left to figure it out alone.
Can I get started without driving to the office?
