• Alletess 184 Food Sensitivity Panel — a simple blood spot at home measuring IgG and IgE immune responses to 184 common foods. It identifies hidden sensitivities driving reflux and inflammation. Not a standard allergy test.
• Adrenocortex Stress Profile / HU-Map — salivary cortisol rhythms and stress hormones that influence gut motility, acid production, and the lower esophageal sphincter.
• H. pylori testing — stool antigen and functional panels. In our clinical experience, conventional breath tests can miss strains when biofilm is present.

2. Test kits to your door. We ship within one business day of your order. You collect samples at home and mail them to the lab. Results typically come back within 7 business days.
3. Results review and your plan. A dedicated visit to walk through every marker, then a personalized plan: triggers to remove, gut healing steps, and a gradual medication step-down built with your prescribing doctor when appropriate.
